Arizona Clean and Beautiful

Provided in Partnership with ADOT - The Arizona Clean & Beautiful litter hotline provides motorists with an opportunity to be part of the litter solution. Anyone who sees littering from a vehicle can call or use our online form to report their observations. If you observe illegal dumping, hazardous waste dumping, or any other form of littering, please see our Pollution Prevention page for further information.

Reporting a litter violation is quick and simple. Motorists reporting a violation will be asked to provide the following:

• Date when the littering occurred.
• Location where the littering occurred.
• Description of the vehicle, including the license number.
• Description of the item littered.
• Name, address and/or email address of the person making the report. This information remains strictly confidential.

Reports that do not include a license number cannot be processed. License Plates from out-of-state cannot be processed.

A letter and litterbag will be sent to the registered owner to let them know that a person was seen littering from their vehicle. It will also inform them that littering is against the law! Click here to make a report!
